About Me

I’m a fully qualified counsellor, meditation teacher, spiritual life coach, and master healer-teacher. I’m also neurodivergent, endlessly creative, and walk in devotion with the Goddess Hekate. While my approach appears down-to-earth, I think sometimes I'm to be found elsewhere entirely!

HedgeRose Healing was born from a desire to honour the quiet magic that lives within and around us—the healing that emerges when we attune to nature, spirit, and the wisdom of our own inner voice. At the heart of everything I offer is the role of healer—one who walks beside you on your path to wholeness, holding space for restoration, insight, and transformation.

I came to this path through meditation teaching, energy healing, and even working on the Psychic Line. What became clear over time was the need for safe, well-trained practitioners—people who could hold space responsibly, appropriately and sensitively. That led me to University, where I completed a degree in Integrative Counselling, to make sure I could support people in a way that’s both intuitive and professional.

Nature and creativity are central in how I work. These themes can be brought into counselling sessions, using creative approaches and outdoor spaces. These approaches can open up new ways to process and reflect—especially for people who don’t always connect with traditional talk therapy alone.

My approach is intentionally multidisciplinary—woven from many threads—and shaped intuitively to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Each person’s needs shape the approach. Whether it’s a one-to-one session, a group workshop, or a spiritual practice, I keep things flexible, intuitive, and client-lead. Nothing is done without collaboration and permission.

I’m lucky to run meditation groups and seasonal celebrations in beautiful places like Norton Priory, and to have a studio space at Hazlehurst Studios in Runcorn. Having space to create brings another layer to my work, and lets me offer workshops where healing and creativity can flow together.

HedgeRose Healing continues to grow and evolve. I’m in the process of gathering my offerings into one cohesive space, where all aspects of my practice—spiritual, therapeutic and creative—can be accessed with ease.

Accessibility is important to me. My prices are set with care: I want healing and spirituality to be as reachable as possible, while still protecting my own energy and needs to be resourced.

As someone diagnosed as neurodivergent, I’m also doing further training so that neurodiversity-affirming practice is built into my work—not just in theory, but in how I actually show up for clients.

With The Grove, I’m hoping to create a spiritual community rooted in inclusion and care. Too often, marginalised folks are pushed to edges of spiritual spaces—sometimes unintentionally, sometimes not. My aim is for us to create a place where everyone feels safe and genuinely welcomed. I also aim to avoid practices that misappropriate from other cultures, and instead focus on respectful, rooted spirituality.

(If you see anything on this site that I am unaware of that reinforces negative practices, please do speak up if you can.)
