• You are curious but don't know what the next steps are to take

• you wish for more accountability in your practice

• you want to be part of a Spiritual community that is all about warmth, respect and connection

• you enjoy robust, respectful discussions about Spiritual matters

• you respect other's practice and beliefs

This group is not for you if

• you wish to passively consume content

• you are not interested in taking part in community conversations

• you feel that Spiritual Development is a purely individual process that makes some people more " awake" or "enlightened" than others

• you do not recognise the universality and love of Spirituality, and feel that certain folks should be excluded from certain spaces, and/or refuse to acknowledge the lineage of Spiritual Practices
